The book really hit those topics without being overly clinical it even managed to make me laugh a couple times. His meditation training took him to IndiaNepalMyanmarThailandAustralia and Russia ; culminating in full ordination at eome Tibetan monastery in Indiain the Himalayas. Andy is a great writer and I really enjoyed the stories and narrative-driven way the book is laid out. I read “Get some Headspace” on the side which helped me improve my meditation even better!
I began using the Headspace app, then bought the book. Puddicombe obviously has to make a living, after all. Amazon Second Chance Pass it on, trade it in, give it a second life.
